The needs analysis addresses a training program update due to a new company policy in response to the over use of restraints to individuals in the company's care. After thorough discussion, we identified the problem staff members were facing and what the staff members needed to obtain the company goals. The result is a 'Needs Analysis' that concisely summarizes my stakeholder's unique needs to update the passive PowerPoint training and defines a tailored three phased e-learning solution to meet their training needs.
