I have designed and developed multiple microlearning courses, user guides, and videos by working with subject matter experts to create an interactive e-learning experience for onboarding training, regulations requirements, medical programs, and more.  

I have collected, tracked, and analyzed learning data in Excel to determine if implemented learning solutions effectively meet their objectives. Data driven decisions have led to propose solutions such as redesign existing training or working with SMEs to better align content to improve learning outcomes. 

I created a long term curriculum hosted in the LMS Canvas that assessed the learners multiple level prerequisite skills and assigned appropriate training based on each learners prerequisite skill. This facilitated a 97% individual growth and 100% equity for all learners. 

I Led in-person training on topics such as Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, and LMS Canvas. Serving as the SME, eLearning developer, and the instructor, I understand the specific needs and difficulties each role faces and how to accommodate a collaborative process.
