The company was having a hard time filling positions due to onboarding training occurring during traditional work hours for roles whose work hours were nontraditional. Additionally the lengthy onboarding training covered content that was not relevant to the nontraditional employees. This course was commissioned to address these two concerns. Therefore the course tailored the onboarding process to relevant information for nontraditional employees and using Articulate Rise the course would be made available during the nontraditional employee work hours without the need for a live instructor. This flexible and relevant onboarding training aimed to easy the difficulty in fulfilling and training these nontraditional employees.
