The chart automatically generates timelines for each development phase based on the entered start date, streamlining planning and reducing setup time. The chart provides a clear, at-a-glance view of all active work, making it easier to map out tasks, balance priorities, and stay aligned with deadlines. Its structure also supports coordination with multiple SMEs and helps maintain steady progress across overlapping projects.

Dates Auto Populate

By entering the project start date, all dates from the project populate based on the project team or SMEs design through development process. Dates can then be adjusted for holidays, out of office days, and days needed. All dates under an adjusted date repopulates in response to any changes.
